ZunXin Intelligent Technology, followed by Mr. JC, CTO, shared the latest technology delivery in the AMHS field for real-time monitoring of the RMS of OHT systems.
The system runs in the test environment of more than 500 vehicles, and through the application of IIOT, AI and big data, it realizes the intelligent distribution, balance control and path optimization of vehicles, significantly improves the operational efficiency and maintenance response speed of the factory, and shows the profound accumulation of Zunxin in the system intelligence level.
This feature verifies that our OCS system can handle large volumes of OHT in large-scale layouts; A small number of OHT can only work with basic control logic, but when you have a large number of vehicles and large OHT tracks, you need advanced solutions such as vehicle allocation, vehicle balance within each area, and extreme speed path calculation.
Now, we have upgraded it to use IIOT devices and collect all kinds of data to monitor OHT operations in real FAB. The system can analyze useful KPIs from big data and provide valuable information to users. For example, the PM (Maintenance) function, which monitors the status of each part and alerts before the risk of downtime occurs, helps to reduce unplanned downtime and shorten production time.
